All leases are twelve months.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st, late on the 2nd. Late fees will be charged on the 6th of each month.
Do I pay my own utilities?

What is your pet policy?
Preston Pointe is a cat and dog friendly community. No aggressive breeds allowed. Management must approve all pets prior to moving in. A veterinarian statement will be required prior to move-in verifying the breed, weight, and vaccinations, along with an additional monthly pet premium of $25.00 per pet.
